PAYMENT: We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal check,
money order or certified funds. Personal checks may take up to 10
business days to clear our bank. Firearms will be shipped or delivered
upon receipt of full payment.
CUSTOM FIREARMS: All custom firearms require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit.
SPECIAL ORDER FIREARMS: All special order firearms require payment in full before they are ordered.
DELIVERY TIMES: Delivery
times are estimated at the time of order. We always attempt to fulfill
are estimates. We will not rush a job to get it out the door! Quality
comes first. Also, we can not be responsible for delay from suppliers.
SHIPPING: A
private individual can ship to a gunsmith or manufacturer and the
gunsmith or manufacturer may return ship that same firearm to the
individual at same address shipped from. IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO SHIP BY MAIL UNLESS YOU ARE A FERDERAL FIREARMS DEALER.
Ship
your firearm through UPS or FedEx. Handguns go next day air; long guns
may go ground. Please insure your firearm and pack adequately to
protect it.
Actual shipping charges plus insurance will be applied to your invoice.
WARRANTY: Due
to the complexities of complying with the federal warranty law, United
Arms Service Inc. does not offer a written warranty. We continue to
stand behind our services, and to care for our customers, but we cannot
make guarantees or warranties of any kind.
DISCLAIMERS: United Arms Service Inc. expressly disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages.
RETURNS: Contact
us before returning any firearm for repair. We are in the business of
servicing our customers. If their is a problem with the firearm and we
determine it's our fault, we will pay round trip shipping and expedite
the shop turnaround time.
PURCHASES: Firearms
purchased from us can be shipped anywhere in the United States
providing the firearm is shipped to your local dealer. The dealer
needs to mail us a copy of his signed FFL (Federal Firearms License).
Most dealers charge $20 to $30 to process a firearms transfer. All firearm purchases are final.
